No. Keeping the garage door is central to the Second Bay offer. We plan insulation, seals, tracks, clearances, and interior finish around it.
What is the starting budget?+
Workshop and core shell projects can begin around $28,000. Equipment-heavy recovery and simulator bays commonly land above $45,000.
Can the bay still store things?+
Yes. Storage is designed into the plan, including wall systems, overhead zones where clearances allow, cabinets, and concealed equipment storage.
Do you handle equipment?+
We coordinate installed equipment and required power, ventilation, plumbing, blocking, and clearances. Final equipment terms depend on confirmed dealer agreements.
